GENERAL
By clicking "I Agree to the Terms of Service" I agree that the information I've provided is true and correct.

DEPOSIT
I understand that I am required to pay any applicable deposit to secure my session. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable and is applied towards my session. I understand that I may need to pay a new deposit if I have to reschedule my session outside of the allotted timeframe.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
I understand that if I have to cancel my session I have 30 days from the original session date to reschedule my session, subject to availability, or forfeit my initial deposit. I understand that if the rescheduled session falls outside of 30 days from the original session date I must pay a new deposit to schedule a new session.

GUARANTEES
I understand that Tyler Coleman (DBA TY PIERCE Photography) makes no guarantees. I understand that there are safety measures in place as well as processes and technologies such as "Tethered Shooting" to ensure the best quality photographs possible during my session. I understand that I am able to see my headshots as they are taken to provide confirmation that I am satisfied with my session. I understand that I must listen to and take direction during my session. I understand that if my images are mutually agreed with Tyler Coleman as objectively "completely unusable" I am entitled to one complimentary re-shoot. I understand that by requesting a re-shoot I forfeit any and all access, usage, and rights from the initial sessions' images. I understand that the re-shoot must be performed within two weeks (14 days) from the original session date.

DELIVERABLES
I understand that my headshot package entitles me to the digital files of the included amount of retouched images in my package and not the original images themselves. I understand that additional retouched images may be purchased for an additional fee. I understand that I am supplied a personal proofing gallery of my session images with watermarks to view and make selections from my session.
